The Invigilator: Filem Pendek Yang Kreatif

Sempat merewang ke blog Zahiril Adzim.. Dia ada post satu filem pendek berjudul The Invigilator, karya Manesh Nesaratnam.. Ringkas tetapi kreatif.. Cerita pasal dua cikgu sekolah tinggi yang berbeza pendapat tentang cara mengajar, juga keluhan tentang kelemahan sistem pendidikan negara.. Dan Zahiril Adzim, tetap hot seperti selalu.. Cerita ni juga telah dipilih dan ditayangkan di Fukuoka International Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, Australian Malaysian Film Festival, Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia Pacific, Dawnbreakers International Film Festival and London Asian Film Festival.. Hebat tak hebat la kan..

Mengikut kata Zahiril, dari mesej yang disampaikan daripada tuan director tersebut kepada Facebook Inbox beliau, filem itu dilepaskan untuk tayangan di atas talian kerana wanita yang menjadi inspirasi filem tersebut telah meninggal dunia akibat kanser.. RIP.. Mesej original seperti berikut:

Yesterday, the person who inspired me to make The Invigilator passed on. She was really a mountain of a person, bravely fighting stage 4 cancer for 5 years. It infected her entire body - brain, spine, liver, breasts - but fail to taint her spirit in the least.
